Jennifer Melcher
Client and Caregiver Scheduler

I bring over 30 years of invaluable healthcare experience to my role as Client and Caregiver Scheduler at Senior Stride Home Care. With a passion for ensuring the well being of others, I play a pivotal role in matching clients with compassionate caregivers, facilitating vital connections that enhance quality of life for seniors in need.

I was drawn to Senior Stride by the company's unwavering commitment to values that prioritize dignity, respect, and empathy. My background in healthcare, coupled with my genuine care for others, makes me an indispensable asset to the Senior Stride team.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in exploring the world through travel, immersing myself in different cultures and experiences. When I'm not jet-setting, I enjoy the tranquility of camping trips and the escape provided by a good book.

My family is at the center of my world, and I eagerly anticipate the arrival of my third grandchild. Whether spending quality time with my adult children or doting on my growing family, I cherish every moment shared with loved ones.

Jen Marty
Human Resources & Recruiting Manager

Joining Senior Stride Home Care in July of 2019, I'm a 20+ year career professional in the field of Human Resources. My expertise centers specifically around recruiting, training, and talent development, working in those areas with both of my past employers, Limited Brands and Farmers Insurance. Proudly, I'm also a trained caregiver. I cared extensively for both my Mom and Dad during the years they needed the most help. Each day, I see my parents' faces in the faces of the clients we serve and am reminded of how important creating a viable, dependable option of home care is to our community. I'm delighted to pair my passion in finding and keeping amazing caregivers with Senior Stride's critical mission to help seniors live well at home.

Susan Vande Sande
Director of Training and Client Satisfaction

Nearly four years ago, the Covid pandemic deemed my career as a 27-year veteran special education paraprofessional as "non-essential," providing me with unprecedented, unwanted free time on my hands. The opportunity to become a caregiver was offered to me through Senior Stride Home Care, and I jumped at the chance. A chance to provide much-needed care to a fragile clientele during a most tenuous time. My years as a caregiver, a now retired paraprofessional, and many roles in the customer service industry brought a skill level that led me to my new role in the office of Senior Stride Home Care. I just celebrated my one-year anniversary as the Director of Training and Client Satisfaction. I'm passionate about providing both our caregivers and clients alike with the skills and confidence they need to be successful, feel essential, and free to live well at home.

Julie Davids - PHR, M.O.B.
Owner

In 2009, when I was lying in my hospital bed, I had an epiphany on what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to care for others. You see, my Mom was my caregiver while I was living with breast cancer, and I wanted to help others like my Mom helped me. That's when I decided to get into the home care business.

Prior to starting our home care business, I was a stay-at-home Mom for my now grown-up boys, Joshua and Jacob. Once Joshua and Jacob were in school, I resumed my professional career in organization development of recruitment, training and development, and other Human Resources functions in the healthcare industry.

I'm a Certified Dementia Generalist, so during my free time I love volunteering at dementia programs, such as Memory Cafes and MindWorks programs through Fox Valley Memory Project.

Jacob Davids
Business Development Manager

After graduating Oshkosh North High School in 2017, I attended UW-Milwaukee through 2021, where I left with a marketing degree and experience working in my brother Josh’s landscaping company doing labor and sales.

After Milwaukee, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I began waiting tables. Soon I started selling solar, but as interest rates rose, I began pressure washing driveways and homes instead. From there I was hired to do estimates for garage flake flooring as well as commercial line stripping. I left Austin with new friends and memories.

Now I’m back in the Fox Valley working to make sure we continue to create a high-quality resource for seniors to live at home. I'm blessed to be surrounded by our amazing office staff and caregivers led by my parents, John and Julie.

Alyse Paulsen
General Manager

I'm a Berlin, WI, native with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I'm uniquely qualified to lead us into the future based on my extensive long-term care background that includes a 17-year career working in a skilled nursing facility. I play a key role in our growth and quality of care improvements by being the primary liaison with the older adults and families we serve. I'm going into my 5th  year with Senior Stride. My goal is to not only match caregivers with clients, but to also help families create personalized care plans to ensure optimal quality of life for their senior loved ones. When not serving clients or working with caregivers and staff, you’ll find me spending time with my family. I'm a proud, and busy, mom of two beautiful sons, Bronson and Brooks, and have a wonderful fiancé, Faruk. Faruk and I are welcoming our first child together this year.
